Hi! Here's my daily: a Moondust Silver 2015 Ford Fiesta 1.0 (80 PS) Titanium. It used to live a rental car life for about 49 000 km until it ended up in my hands, circa December, 2019. Since then, it has accumulated around 29 000 km (about 18 000 miles for the 'MURICANS out there) of trouble-free driving.
As of the time of writing this post, all it needs is a new windshield wiper stalk (courtesy of the front windshield sprayer not responding) and a new front wiper stalk (because the original one's gone to the Moon and back).

Here are the TL;DR facts:

  • It's powered by an N/A version of Ford's "EcoBoost/Boom" (pick your favorite) 1.0 engine. It puts out an eye-watering 78hp of raw power.
  • It gets to 60 mph. In fact, it's able to go over 60 mph. Amazing, right?
  • It sips fuel. It's gotten dangerously close to Diesel territory in the past, with over 52 US mpg and 800 km in one tank.
  • It's a Titanium, i.e. the fancy one...
  • ... that, for some reason, comes with the base radio, no automatic climate control and a USB port that's useless without SYNC. At least there's an AUX jack. Rental car specs, baby. It's all about the bling... well, piano black.

"Woah, I'm really excited about your NPC car. I want to know EVERYTHING about it!"
Say no more, you sexy person, you... here's a link with all the boring mpg and maintenance stuff:

Free advice to all you Fiesta 1.0 (EcoBoost or otherwise) owners: 5W-20, 948B Ford specification. That's a must to keep your EcoBoost from going EcoBoom.
Portugal, carvalho!

Sweet ride for sure! I always liked those cars. I'd get one but I have three kids, two car seats required. We wound up buying a minivan instead  ;D

I'm trying to get my pics up.

I'm thinking it's my image host at this point

Thanks! They weren't even on my radar when I was looking for a car, but it ended up matching my criteria better than other cars I was considering. You can get two car seats in this thing... the issue would be trunk space, assuming that you want to do long distance drives with your children in the future. It has decent enough space for my monthly shopping, but I need to bring the seats down. Also, the trunk's exterior surroundings reduce the amount of entry space.

Judging by your new post, it worked!

Yea, it was the links and the img tags, but I figured it out.

And trunk space and interior volume is definitely a consideration. Taking the wife, kids and all their crap anywhere requires a decent amount of room.

Before my youngest was born, we had a mercury Milan, and it was right with the car seats, diaper bag, backpacks and the stroller.

Once that stroller hits the trunk, that's it. Space is gone.

ABSOLETILY LOVVE TAHT PICTURR WIHT DATA PROBIDED,,,, IS IT THAT FAMOSS 1 OF 1 FIESTA??? GOBBLESS

Very clean example and I'm seriously inspired by that manual shift knob view! As well as the amount of buttons - nothing to compare with same-shit modern sensor solutions (yes I'm a boomer on that hill)  ;D  ;D  ;D

It absolutely does. People somehow do it with cars like mine, which I find interesting. My gripe with my car is that the trunk opening itself is weird. My bicycle barely fits in there for that reason.

THANK YOU HOSS........... DAMN RIGHT IT IS.......... ONE OF ONE MANUFACTUERD BY A REAL AMERICAN AT 4:36 PM WITH MATCHING PIANO BLACK CONSOLT ADN SHIFTER HOSS GOBLES YA ANG GOBLESS REAL AMERICAN CARS

Thank you! It's not so clean now, courtesy of the usual wear and tear, but I still like its overall design. Most, if not all, cars are better with a manual. As a bonus, buying the manual car means waving goodbye to the PowerShi(f)t... win-win! :)
I'm also a boomer on that front. Buttons, especially large ones, are far easier to use while driving. Did you see the new Volvo that has the hazards "button" on the touchscreen? I wouldn't buy that car for that reason alone.
